GU - US Session to London Close

4 30 pm Update

GU now up approx 75 pip from 3 00 pm scalp buy

Will post a tick chart later on it - if I can cover the 90+ mins

Had to go to a t21 tick chart to show all the last 3 hrs - could not get it on a t4 or t9

Notice low and time rule and HL

You can read PA on a tick chart just like on a 15 min or 1 hr chart - you just need to do it a lot quicker and be used to the 1 min time frame being slow - and not quick

To adapt takes months - maybe even a year if you are only used to a 1 hr / 4 hr day set up - but the advantages make it all worth while - ie tight stops - accuracy - better RR ratios - higher win ratios - more trades and if you are doing it correctly far better cash returns on any retail capital used.

after an initial false rise - 7 09 pm on tick chart said scalp sell from 1150

Now its approaching 1130 and just carrying on atm

Similar set up on GU to EU from 7 08 / 09 pm - again a scalp sell

Needs under 4275 and 70 to stay with sells though

So far a 30 pip fall to 1120 area - which is interim support

Thursday 18th February 2016 - Pre Opens

Good Morning to all FX Intraday Traders

I was up and at my trading platforms at 5 45 am this morning

After 5 mins of a quick scan through 7 pairs - i went to the EA at 5 56 am

Checked the 1 min - went to the tick chart and at 5 58 am decided to enter a scalp buy at 5557

So far its peaked at 72 and I exited at 68/9 - and first scalp of the morning completed within 7 mins and approx 10 pips in the kitty

5555/6 said scalp sell at 6 09 am and yes its Ok for a quick scalp - but for me the EA is in a bullish PS for am session above 5530/35 - so really I want to look at scalp buys again

Whilst this is going on - I checked quickly my other screens with EU / EJ / GU

Normally I find the EA the best at this time of the morning - so thats why I focus on it

Another busy day for me in my domestic life - quite a few things going on at home atm with some alterations - so only doing 90 mins this morning and then will try and get another 3 hours in over the rest of the day

PS - 6 04 am was a scalp sell on GU from 4300

How long it will last - well 4280 ish is a support - so whether it will try there - who knows

9.4 pips - EA - + 13 pips GU ( so far ) EA + 9 pips - so far just over 30 pips in the kitty within 30 mins on 3 scalps

EA - another 11 pips on scalp buy

4 scalps - 42 pips so far

Slow down now but EA might test 5590 to 5600 ?

GU now under 4380 and stopped so far at 74 - another 8 pips on tally

EA at 93 now and another 9 pips on tally

So 41 pips + 8 pips + 9 pips =


58 pips so far - and thats under 45 mins

See it can be done - even before Opens

European Open Updates @ approx 7 00am

EU - needs over 1155/ 65 + to go into bullish PS for am session

Under 1120 and 10 is bearish and then favours scalp sells

GU - In a 100 pips range - with over 4325 / 45 its more bullish for am session - under 4290 and 75 - more bearish for scalp sells

EA - needs over 5600 to stay bullish and then attempt 5620 and 5650 - both R area

Will check out another 3- 4 pairs in next 10 mins

Above 127.01-127.16 bullish. it broke a TD already.

Other pair updates at 7 15 AM

UCad - above 3660 for now - still a scalp buy

Need under 3650 and 40 to go back really bear and sells again


AU -- UNDER 7160 ish still favours sells and bear PS for am session

EJ -- In as 70 pip range - approx 30 -35 pips either side of 127 00 needed to get aproper session bias

That's why I have left it alone so far

GL - out in 15 mins and might only be able to pop in after 10 30 -11 00 am time
