DEMO Semi-automated S&P daily trading system

it is annoying that with capital spreads you are never stopped as intended. There is always some slippage against you. I guess I won't be trading with them for real.
Didn't see this happening so often with etxcapital, spreadco or worldspreads.

it is very tempting to enter into another trade in the same direction (UP), but I don't want to change rules AGAIN, so will probably stay out until 9pm.

9pm trade will be (surprise, surprise) UP.

Right, there we go.

New trade entered:
05/12/2011 21:00
Buy 1 S&P500 @ 1258.1, SL 1243.1
Sell order 1 S&P500 @ 1242.1, SL 1257.1

40 pips under water at the moment. Don't have time to monitor this trade, so will rely on stop loss / opposite order.

just checked and it's +60. It seems that direction was correct again. Still 0.5 hour to 9pm.

closed @ 1264.2 for +61 pips. Didn't like the look of 30min and 1h candles.
Account valuation: £10,299.26

That was a good decision. S&P went down after I closed my trade.

New trade entered:
06/12/2011 21:00
Buy 1 S&P500 @ 1258.4, SL 1243.4
Sell order 1 S&P500 @ 1242.4, SL 1257.4

Trade at +90. Stop loss moved to +2 (because of usual slippage).
Opposite trade cancelled.

S&P moving down at the mo. I hope it will bounce off around 1264, otherwise next stop around 1260 ? My stop loss is 1258.6.
