To celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary, Trade2Win will be announcing a different contest every day this week until Friday. Check in each day at 9am (GMT) to find out what today's contest and prize will be!

Day 3 - Spread the Word

Today's contest is a prize draw. There are two ways to enter. You can enter both ways and double your chances of winning. Just follow these steps..

a) on Twitter

1. Follow @trade2windotcom on twitter.
2. Simply tweet “RT @trade2windotcom To celebrate 10 years of #T2W we're giving away prizes. Retweet this and follow @trade2windotcom to win!".

b) on Facebook

1. Like Trade2Win on Facebook.
2. Simply post on our wall what you like most about Trade2Win.

The winners will be announced by 12pm noon (GMT) tomorrow on this thread and notified directly via Twitter and Facebook. :clover:

The Prize

We're got five £25/$40 Amazon vouchers to give away.

The Rules

- Maximum of two entries per member. (One tweet and one wall post).
- Five winners will be selected at random and only one prize per winner.
- The tweets and wall posts must be posted between 9am and midnight (GMT) on Wednesday, 19th January.
- The judge's decision is always final!

like me for a start, i work tirelessly everyday posting my live calls and hounding out the trash, dont even get a mention in the awards and and find i cant even win any of the prizes because i dont use stupid sites like twitter or facebook. Poor old flash

We'll notify all the winners directly on Facebook and Twitter. So there's no need to link up the two. We'll ask the winners if they're happy to reveal their username, but it's not a requirement.

Sharky, hope you don’t feel I was being unkind in my earlier post on this thread. I do appreciate you didn’t have to do any of this and it’s good of you to take the trouble and stump up for the prizes.

I just thought that to mark such an event of not only lasting those 10 years, but also ending owning one of the most successful trading sites, the contests would have been a little more trading related. Member getting closest to high of the day on cable or low of the week on Dow or something of that ilk. Apart from Megamuel’s rather splendid bit of kit, it’s all been a bit tame.

However, I’m probably being a miserable old curmudgeon. I’m sure you’ve done all the important things like bonuses for the staff and appropriate recognition of a material kind to the volunteers who work rather hard for your enterprise. I’m sure they’ve all been sworn to secrecy on the size of bonuses awarded and the manner and style of material recognitions, but I don’t think you’ll be able to keep the black-tie dinner at The Grosvenor under wraps too much longer. I presume you are having one of those for all those who currently make your site what it is and for all those who were there with you in the beginning and got it through those testing first few years. Sharky, tell me, you have organised something like this, surely?

I think the competitions so far have been good. Better to keep them good-humored IMO. If you think you know where Cable is going to top out over the week, and you want to be rewarded for your efforts - here's a novel idea - trade it.

Just a quick mid-day update.

So far we've had 8 qualifying entries across twitter and facebook. So with 5 prizes to give away, I think there's pretty good odds of winning a £25/$40 amazon voucher. :clover:
