only had a look at your first chart. the levels i think it will go and touch (making swing lows and highs) in the following sequential order are

1) test and pass the lows @ 12 coming down to 11.
2) move up to 16
3) move down to around 13
4) move up to 16 again....consolidate for a bit
5) break out north and have a go at the 18-20 level.

basically point 5 to be reached in some 8 months
