Where is the Dow & others heading in 2005?

Hmm, wonder if today will be selling into assumed strength, seems rather an odd start

There you have it, only open a few minutes and rocketing north. This is a lesson not to have "opinions" in advance of an event but only to hold views. Any shorts must by now be in really hot water. That is why the use of stops is crucial.

Kind Regards.

Great chance of falling back to 10250-60 area...The market is definately up but we have some resistance appearing already at 10300....it just doesn't seem solid to me at the moment....

And by the way, views ought to be held only if the holder really knows what he is talking about ,
for everybody else, having "opinions" appears to be sufficient. One must always disregard the
majority popular opinion, because it is nearly always wrong, so be warned. This includes any form of "opinion" whatsoever.

tum te tum.. short sell day today.. buy day tomorrow. :)

might get a trip to 10,120 by thursday early session.

GM holding it up with a 9% jump this morning on the back of Kekorians announcement.

What can we make from the figures.....they are lower then the previous reading but better then the expectation....

Stuck within a narrow trading range for the last 30 minutes or so. Hopefully the oil numbers due out in 10 minutes will add some spice to things.

Wasn't there enough yesterday for you? :)

Well nobody could have factored in Kekorians surprise announcement. GM is now up by 10%. Also oil is around $6 off its recent high and US inventories out later will probably show an increase.

More justification for the bulls to pile in. There do not seem to be any clouds on the horizon and the Payroll Data is not yet on the radar.
