When is the best time to trade for beginners?

I think that in the morning trading should not be started a little, you need to see how the market will always conduct throughout the day.

Sometime not as quiet as the Tokyo-London overlap but not something as volatile as the London-New York overlap- just the right amount of volatile for a beginner.
It's better to trade when you feel healthy and fit, doubt night session will end fine. There are lots of opportunities in every trading session.

As a beginner your life is centered around consistency. One way to generate consistency is to trade during the same hours each day. Trading only two to three hours per day is quite common among day traders. (9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, for example, for the US stock market).
