I'm going to help out needy prostitutes by paying their rent.
Great stuff guys.
How about combining some of the ideas ?
Just don't forget me when you have the Ferrari dealership.
Not a dealership, but i read somewhere on t2w i think, that you can pre-order them b4 their release, wait in a queue for ay ear, and then sell them for a profit after delivery, to one of many people who will pay a premium for this. Not sure if these facts are correct though....
And there's probably more useful/enjoyable ways that i can spend my time to be honest...
You should definately work in marketing
Being a do-gooder charity worker can be quite a selfish act in itself. Some such people get a buzz from the act of doing something useful for others, whether the person receiving the charity likes it or not, and not in the end result on the recipient/s.
I do voluntary work for a cancer hospice.
That is true JT, there are some who play that game, ordering first in line and then selling right after delivery for a premium, as some car firms try to make their products more attractive by artificially limiting supply, but the dealers don't like it if you do a buy-and-flip, and will blacklist you if you try it again, and, on top of that, it's pretty risky, as you are essentially making a prediction about future demand.
Some fingers have gotten burnt that way apparently, eg the 599 from the pic above is available here for list price without a waiting period.
I agree, there are better ways to spend your time.
ETA: I may have made a mistake in my usage of the term, "hospice" (I didn't realise it only applies to the terminally ill). The place I work at provides support to people at all stages of cancer (those recently diagnosed, patients currently undergoing treatment and those for whom it is terminal). Sorry to have accidentally misled. In any case, I interact with a lot of stressed, upset and unwell individuals.
Cheers. IIt sounds like a mugs game then.

I like the idea of -
sports coaching, outdoor pursuits instructor type roles. Small number of quality hours per week, doing something i enjoy & find rewarding, that i know is having an impact (hopefully beneficial).
House restoral.
Ferrari dealer.
With the emphasis being on "part-time" roles.
Maybe when i own my own chalet in the Alps, I'll literally have my own adventure playground on my doorstep, with plenty of opportunity to join in .
I'm not going mad after all. Well, I may be, but this isn't evidence of it.
I was training to become a Muay Thai instructor
