Vertical Collar

My Google searches for "vertical collar" are not producing useful hits. Does anyone know how a vertical collar is constructed and if it has another name?

What's a "vertical collar"? There's the collar, which is the synthetic equivalent of the vertical call spread. I've never heard the names combined...

After some additional research, it appears that the purpose of the word vertical is to explicitly state that the collar options have the same expiration date.
