As far as I know they are still importing oil - mainly Diesel - and gas from Russia, at least via other countries.
Let's wait for reliable statistics for January 2023.

It's not clear what was really paid. Did you find it out?
Why do you not find the same about the payments EU parliament guys received for example for the vaccination campaigns?

The real bad is that these payments are not illegal in most Western countries, try to find the same about current German or EU or GB politicians (which of course is tried to hide) as they call it lobbying.

What's sure is who pays for OCCRP (Rockefeller and some other dubious Western organisations).
You have the same bad situation with other NGOs like "Transparency International" and their corrupt corruption index as they also are not interested in the corruption payments to Western politicians by lobbyists (which is illegal in Russia).
