Tradingview. Are they busy or always this bad?

I signed up on discount weekend, 70% off, for the Premiere service which mormally would cost way too much (for me) at £600 ish.

There's no functional Chat forum
Clicking the

on the right opens up a stream of people writing bits and pieces about Forex. I can't join in and I can't see any way to get to a different section.
They have no live chat
I've submitted two Tickets and they've not been answered after several days.
So, I can't communicate with them at all.
There's no Manual, Wiki, or similar. Fortunately there are some very good Youtubes which others have posted.
Am I missing anything?

looks functional to me...
when you open chat, you are then able to pick the topic area. where you see Forex, click on it..it changes then to a list of other areas not just Forex

then when you get to the bottom of the page, where it says, type something..thats for you to "interact" and say something

you can respond to people, quote what they have said..not sure what is a "functional" chat to you..but if i want to post sh*t there i can do
and it doesnt require a premium subscription either

Thanks - how do you get that screen? I can't find it.

ANd there's this from the chat icon. Those topics lower right don't "break out".

Go to the foot of the homepage and click on "Chat" or use this link:
TradingView online real-time trading chat rooms | Forex

Then just click in the search bar and you will see a list of topics as shown by 1nvest.

You can also just click on the detach icon where you were from the chat, does the same thing
