Trading journals

Hi everyone,

I am about to go live and have a trading journal template that I made myself and would be very grateful if some of the experienced traders on this forum wouldn't mind taking a look at it for me. I would like to know if I have everything in it that will be helpful to track how I'm doing etc and if there is anything that I could add to it to make it any better.

I am newbie as well, I would like to listen to the reviews of some experienced traders here so that we newbies get to learn. What could be added or what other things we should keep in mind....
