Just received my Severn Trent Water bill and the last page has "Top Water-Saving Tips" as follows –
1. "Turn off the Tap"
2. "Take Shorter Showers"
This seems to be in the same vein as my energy company which advises me to turn down my heating thermostat by 1° – every time they send me a bill. I'm now on about minus-20.

I don't suppose anybody's got any top trading tips in this league?
