Quick update to let you know what's happening at T2W - Lectures, Meetings, Competition, Books and Newsletter ...
1. New Weekly Lectures (every Sun 9:00pm) - So far these have been a great success and very well received by anyone who's attend one. Our lecture this Sunday will be hosted again by Mooms and is entitled.. "How to identify a Trend Day" - details in the Events Section. And we keep a backlog of all the lectures so if you miss any check the events bulletin board, we even managed to record Chartman's lecture on Trading the Dow using TA onto MP3 for you to download and listen to.
2. Meetings (every Weds 9:00pm) - These are going well, though we'd like to get more members to come along for the discussion. They're a great opportunity to discuss T2W and help make it even better for the members. This Wednesday the discussion mainly revolved around the management of the two trading rooms and the possibility of supplementing the typed rooms with voice chat.
3. Competition - Has had a few bugs this week. Basically validation hasn't been working so entrants can buy/short/sell/cover as much as they want! Should be resolved tomorrow and in the meantime could the entrants please not put these validations to the test. Next week is the last week and a T2W t-shirt is up for grabs!
4. Book Section - As well as checking Amazon and Global Investor for the cheapest prices we're adding BOL too. So really if you're looking for the best bargains there is only one place to look - the T2W book store, potentially saving up to 50%!
5. Newsletter - This month sees the launch of the Monthly T2W Newsletter, which will be a digest of threads from the boards and a list of what's happening and what to look forward to on T2W.
