I have an offer to be an assistant trader in their offices near Philly. Just wondering if anyone knows what the company is like in terms of pay, upside, bonuses after a few years of working there?

Thanks for that. Any idea what compensation is like after a few years? I've heard upside is low.

You'll need to build that into your on-boarding. It's a trading role so base comp is really secondary as it's the bonus structure that tells the tale. Ask for a quantifiable metric on how your bonus is calculated.

Ohh! I was thinking of Susquehanna Bank. It was also headquartered in Pennsylvania, defunct in 2015. It was bought by BB&T.
