But the thing is the guy uses it mainly on stocks listed on the Singapore stock exchange. There are a few stocks on different exchanges as well, you can request it from the author to put up which charts you want to see I guess
Larry Williams' methods date 25 years back. If I recall correctly he used price patterns with targets and stops. There is a guy who has automated this whole process of price pattern discovery. Google for Price Action Lab.

I have trader friends who do well even to this day by really old systems, while they don't do well by new systems. So, dating back 25 years doesn't mean it has to be obsolete or bad.
