Simulations on portfolio of instruments using TS?

Hi everyone,

I have a medium/long term system that currently trades 55 global futures on a EOD basis. It currently is using Excel. I want to apply it to intra-day data. I have heard that TradeStation cannot handle a portfolio of instruments. Can anyone shed some light on this matter? Thanks in advance for any help.
