Thanks to Barjon the thread title has been changed.
The reason being that most if not all the indexes go in parallel , so please post about any. The S&P 500 is however in my opinion the grand-daddy of them all.

re: Intra day S&P 500

long spx
1328.2
stop at 1324

I cannot trade SPX 500 from Banorte in Mexico, but I follow it in a daily basis since it is the markets mover across the world. From what I watch getting longs in at this time is risky as much as trying to catch a falling knife, imho.

Mmmmmmm, in a second thought maybe today was the day to go in long, what about tomorrow Mrs. market playing around with longs chasing shorts. Anyone playing Mexico s IPC market?
The slingshot has been pulled to much over Peñoles, Ica, Sare, Geo and Cemex.

I will have a look to see if Fins do your IPC market.

Fins and IG do 10p minimum bets but only for a limited time

Would you agree that an index is easier to make money on than forex with it's 2 component parts ?

Gold moves in tandem with indexes more or less. In the recent past it falls slower than the main indexes and rises faster.

The demand for gold has risen recently, which will probably stem it's recent falls.

China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam are the main buyers.

Europe should invest in gold before it gets hit by the Greek crisis.
