Real time intra day scanner

Hey guys I was wondering if you can point me toward a stock scanner that will allow me to build custom filters. For example when the 10 SMA crosses below the 20 SMA Low

Ive looked at the demo of mad scanner, trade-ideas, and none seem to provide that level of customization.

MetaStock has similar functionality - I used to use an old version of it for uk equities.
I could scan the ftse 100, looking for ma crossovers, macd crossovers etc.

The option inside meta stock is called 'the explorer' - you can choose which ever stocks, forex pairs etc and then set it off looking for that set-up.

I only used it on end of day - so not sure if it can be run real time.
