Day trading realtime

Well i mnew to the forums but have been doing demo/fantasy trading for quite some time now!

I was just wondering if there is any demo/fantasy sites i can register at and receive realtiem stock market charts?

I have heard that there are some free software that allow realtime data for free but cant seem to find any,

Any ideas?

Ideally FTSE
I dont mind having to register online at a website then downloading software to get realtime charts and stock market prices.

Currently i am using bullbearings.co.uk

but the update tiem for the stocks is aroudn 15+ minutes!
