RE: Ticker symbols
Hi everyone.
Again, I seem to have found myself stuck whilst attempting to learn spread betting. After player trading at TradIndex, I wanted to look at the indices, and thier charts real time. However, the charting system there is not so good, and they offer no tools, or overlays, or anthing like that. So, I wanted to look at the indices live charts on ADVFN, before placing a bet on TradIndex. HOWEVER, I seem to be having trouble finding said indices ticker symbols, so that i can type it in at ADVFN, and hey presto, view the live chart in a format that i can understand, before swithcing back to my platform!!! The indices that TradIndex allow users to trade on are:
CAC 40 - Daily
CAC 40 Fut
Dax - Daily
Dax Fut
Euro Stoxx 50 Fut
FTSE 100 - Daily
FTSE 100 Fut
FTSE S&P Combo - Daily
FTSE S&P Combo Fut
Nasdaq 100 - Daily
Nasdaq 100 Fut
Nikkei 225 Fut
S&P 500 - Daily
S&P 500 Fut
S&P/MIB 40 Fut
Swiss Mkt Index
Wall Street - Daily
Wall Street Fut
I know that the daily charts are derived from the future charts, and that the two are slightly different, but they move in the same direction. ( I have done a litte bit of research here) but still, ticker symbols for each??? If anyone could help, please, please lease, PLEASE do - I literally am stuck, and need this to move on!
