Trading software now has a new home at http://www.datumsoftware.co.uk/tradersoftware

There are many enhancements planned. Check the news log for new and updated product information. v1.2 now has a comprehensive list of stocks from DAX/DOW/NAS/S&P/FTSE 100 & FTSE 250 and a favourites list for easier managment of your selected stocks.

THANKS FOR OFFERING THIS USFUL BIT OF SOFTWARE.THIS IS THE BEST SOFTWARE I HAVE SEEN ON THE NET, AND ALSO THE QUICKEST EASIEST TOO USE.

HOPE THIS WEEK HELP AND SAVE TIME FOR TRADERS.

THANKS EUGENE A LEARNING TRADER .

Not bad, you should consider a program that is as easy to use but for the 6 or 9 day moving average as per the champion trader method. at the moment am using exel spreadsheet for these calculations

Thanks for your comments. Where is the champion trader method listed?

For a while I was using Excel as well, thats why I decided to 'automate' the process. It was fine linking in a data feed but that alone was never going to provide the all in solution I want. New version is due out any day now. A few changes have been made. A chart is now available for a selected stock with a pivot point line for each level drawn on the graph. A watchlist also updates prices for selected stocks.

Will look into adding MA/EMA plots as well if they are of use.

New version, v1.3, is on the website.

http://www.datumsoftware.co.uk/tradersoftware

New features are watchlist which autoupdates prices ( deayed ), graph with pivot levels drawn on top and intermediate pivot points displayed as an option.

Its free to use but has a nag screen. All feedback appreciated. Thank you :)

There is only so much that you can do with a simple tool like a pivot calculator but I am willing to listen to any new ideas. Will look to add MA/EMA in the next release.

I have a new website running now which contains the trader software applications I am working on.

http://www.tradersoftware.biz

A few new free apps. A Fibonacci Calculator and a small app to display FTSE/CAC/DAX indices, which are 1 minute delayed and come from the Yahoo site. The charts auto-refresh.

I will be adding to the Index Chart application to allow selection of range and chart types. This is a first effort as I got fed up pressing F5 on the Yahoo site or using 20 min delayed charts from ADVFN.
