Office or Home ???

Hi all,

I have been a trader for a firm for over 2 years now and am thinking of making the move to go independent. For those of you who have done so, have u rented an office or simply traded from home ? For someone who has gone to the office for his trading career, trading from home dosent sound very motivating and......professional. On the other hand, renting and setting up an office obviously entails certain costs including the time to commute, blah, blah.
So anyone has any opinions or personal experiences abt this?

Done both. Prefered an office with other traders for the social environment/support. If you spend a lot of time working from home there is a definite tendency towards madness.
