Anyone trading in a London office?

Have been trading at home for the last few years and am now ready to trade in an office again (couldn't stand the commute!).
Does anyone know any offices that have shared desk space that are any good? Preferably with other traders but that's as rare as a unicorn so am not holding out for that set up!

There is a spare desk where I trade from in Croydon.. but its on a sales floor so you have to put up with those clowns all day.

I'm in south london but not sure if that's too far of a commute because of the rubbish transport. What station is it near and how far away from it is the building?
