Week 49 (2024). +498 pips / +3.25%​

These are the results of week 49 (December 2-6, 2024). I am writing this on Friday afternoon, but it will be NFP at 15:30 and Christmas tree lighting up in my town at 17:00. So I'm unlikely to take any more trades this week, but if I will, I'll update this post.

The total profit was 498 pips or 3.25%. Here are the stats at a glance:

Monday: +41 pips

Tuesday: +258 pips.

Wednesday: +149 pips.

Thursday: +49 pips.

As always, a lot left on the table, but I'm just a student of the markets and still a human being with emotions. As my mentor used to say: "you can't take it all". But I try to improve.

These are the results of week 50 (December 9-13, 2024). This week I was trading part time only because I had a lot of pre-Christmas errands to do. Was trying to catch trades whenever I can. Some very beautiful trades went without me and I was disappointed with myself. Next week will probably be similar.

Great job! 230 pips is good for part time trading. What is your plan to catch those missed trades early next week?

Thanks. I didn't quite understand your question. There's no plan to catch missed trades - once it's gone it means it's gone 🙂 Just wait for new opportunities then.

Week 51 (2024). +452 pips / +3%​

I am posting the results of week 51 (December 16-20, 2024). This week I was more aggressive but also made some mistakes. Especially on Thursday when I lost patience and made a premature entry. It was a logically incorrect entry but because of greed I decided to act out of "how things usually are" instead of logic, completely ignoring the fact that the market doesn't have to act the "usual" way. It only has to act according to its logical rules. I never have problems when I act out of logic, but sometimes I don't. Therefore, the point of self development as a trader is to ensure that on any given day when I trade, I do it only out of pure logic. I know I am a human being who has emotions, but I also have logic, and since God gave me capacity to control myself, I should be able to use logic whenever I intend.
