Not exactly real time but if you load http://www.global-investor.com/lib/ic/lib/refresh.htm
into your browser and then put http://uk.finance.yahoo.com/q?s=^FTSE&d=b
into the box provided and set the refresh rate to what you require; 60 secs is usually
the best, it gives the browser time to get the data. This will refresh the FTSE graph every 60 secs.
Will also work with any webpage in the box

Thanks very much all for the responses.I have tried most of them but none seem as good as quote.com's for the U.S. markets-still a lot of catching up to do in this field!
