The moderators on this site really arent the cleverest of chappies. Having posted in several rooms to get the message across about free arcade space at NYMEX Europe, they choose to cut it down to one message in one particular area.

The value of this site is clearly diminishing.

multiple posting devalues a site. if people were interested in the arcade space, they would be browsing the relevant boards..

you know the site rules and regulations.. its not hard to adhere to them.

hardly devaluing a site when you are trying to save traders cash, especially those who maybe going it alone for the first time its a lot of money. its obvious you have never taken that step

FC hit the nail on the head - there's no value in posting the same thread multiple times. It unnecessarily clutters the forum and it stifles discussion because members end up responding to different versions of the same thread, which makes it difficult to follow, and the same questions get asked/comments made multiple times. If you select the right forum and give it an appropriate title, then those who don't find it on a search of new posts, will find it when browsing the forums.
