Interactive Brokers Help Desk 403 Forbidden

Hello,

I am unable to contact Interactive Brokers through help desk form at
http://individuals.interactivebrokers.com/en/general/contact/newContact/contact.php
I don't have other way to contact them as they refuse to reply to inquiries sent to [email protected].
I don't have approved account yet so no chat or message center is available to me.

Submitting the form results in:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cstools/contact/index.php on this server.

Tried firefox and IE.

Do you have same problem? Would there be anyone kind enough to report this bug to them by message center so that I can contact them about finishing my application?

Same problem in different browsers - firefox, IE, chrome

Internet Explorer and chrome have the worst security protocols. Did you try Safari? Did you finish your application with them or are you in the process of doing so? If you have not finished, then just start another application.

It does not sound as though you have tried sufficiently to contact them. Did you search their website? You do not need to be a customer to use the chat room.

I tried even Safari, same error.
Unfortunatelly, there is no "Help Me!" chat link present on the application page.
I'd rather finish this application than starting new one as I've already presented all required scanned documents and now stuck at last step in "Pending review" state (for couple of weeks).
It seems the only option is to call them.

That sounds like a good idea. I do not know why you waited a couple of weeks before trying that. :confused:
