ICC Forex System testing

Currently about +30,+60 & +20 pips on €£, €¥ & €$ respectively, had I managed to get on and stay on(took +25 on €$ earlier). Looking alot like yesterday morning at the moment, when € fell back again.

triple € sell has morphed into a triple £ buy, but £¥ looks the riskiest so I'm declining that

£¥ would've been fine too, thanks to Mervyn King's comments but I harvested 100 pips from the other two so no complaints there. £ looks strong enough to hold over lunch, and € looks to be slipping v.$ again, but can't monitor them now.

Could've been a huge day sitting and watching these 5 markets all the way through: Potentially 100 pips on €$, 70 on €¥ this afternoon, plus 100 on €£, 70 on £$, 100 on £¥ from morning trades held through lunch. All standard entries & exits according to system, not discretionary. The € taking a kicking really greases the wheels.

Nice conventional split this morning, once the € got into line.

Big moves this morning, big moves this afternoon - lots of money to be made by full-time traders, lots of frustration for those of us who can't sit & watch all day.

Sterling too strong to hop on before figures at 9.30, which were good... but is the move already spent now? A very early start would've been profitable.

Selling £ vs. € & ¥ were the only trades this morning but the 9.30 UK unemployment data looks like it may scupper them.

Nope - still on, looks like sterling's in a solid fall, with cable also falling into line.

with Trichet speaking this morning, the € is probably going to tread water but of the 3, €£ looks possibly the likeliest here

stopped out of €£ for a small loss; ¥ on the rise but 30min suggests it's not major...
