Hi guys,

I'd like to do a screen-capture of some charts for my own eductaion and to post some stuff on here, does anyone know how to do this, I run windows xp with all the usual gizmos

any help much appreciated,

thank you

One way is: Press the Print Screen key (PrtSc on my laptop, top right of keyboard) then open Paint and Paste (CTRL-V) the screenshot. You can then save it as a .gif or .jpg etc.

If you're a bit of a technophobe like myself, then you can use a screen print programme, which makes the editing easier! I find paint a bit cumbersome.
There are many around and most of them are freeware, so take a look at www.download.com. I use gadwin printscreen, and find it ok, it's available at www.gadwin.com
Cheers
