Help,.with SQL server 2012 express on Pairtrade Finder

Hi all,..
I need really some help please,..
After I upgrade my PC with Windows 8 from Windows 7,.. I needed to install SQL server 2012 for to use Pairtrade Finder,..The installation was correct,but
after that,..it is impossible to create the database with PTF,..the push botton "CREATE" in PTF isn't active,..
I uninstall and reinstall all several times,..but all was useless,..I don't know really where I made mistake,..
Did sombody had the same problem?,..
Can sombody help me?

Also make sure you've done the SQL installation correctly:
Hardware and Software Requirements for Installing SQL Server 2012

Bear in mind I don't use SQL, I know it uses .NET, and as I have had trouble with .NET in the past,
I thought I'd mention it.

the problem is not solved ...
I did everything written ... but nothing ...
 
Hi I am also having trouble installing. My errror is when i click on to create the database, get an error message stating the database must be at least 5mb, and therefore i can not continue.
It has created a folder but no database. Not sure wether it is the program or the SQLexpress setup
