Getting Hold Of Data

How can i get hold of data for my own personal use, will i have to purchase it or can i access it via a feed of some kind?

I don't mind really, intraday data would be good but i can cope with end of day statistics.

Just looking at forexrate and they don't seem to have all the UK stocks listed any idea why?
