'Genuine Article' trading educators

Can anyone tell me if they know of someone who is or use to be a trader in the UK (who can prove it) and is willing to teach or better yet take someone under there wing without having rip off prices and being unrealistic when it comes to assessing someone by just meeting with them to see where they are in their trading career without sticking them for money?

If you reverse each of your criteria I could give you a list as long as your arm. At least you are asking the right questions, though I doubt what you are looking for exists.

What you're looking for it hard, why would a successful trader take anyone under his wing, let alone a stranger and teach him what he knows? What's in it for him versus what's in it for you? There's a massive imbalance there.

No one can teach you how to be 100% discipline. You must learn from your mistakes and hoping you can get there. And people don't appreciate free stuff. You must pay to learn either by losing money trading or paying your learning fee.
