Football:Distracting Electronic Advertising Hoardings

I hope the World Cup is not going to be ruined by these constantly moving electronic hoardings that are cropping up at every match.I suggest that people complain to the FA and the BBC to see if something can be done.Perhaps the changing sequence could be limited to half time.I know if I was paying for my football I would be livid.
