Hi good people, I'm a new member here and new to the financial industry. I have two questions if anyone can help:

on FCA Appropriate Qualification table, my qualification - Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(FCCA) on the list, which is ok to do the activities number 8,15,16,17,18,19, but with 'key 4' after it which I don't know what's it means, I couldn't find anywhere on FCA website for the explanation for the Keys?
2, is a qualificatio such as IMC is a must to start working in a asset management firm or it's up to the firm? is anyone working in the asset management firm must be 'approved person', becoz that need qualification and experience but without start working I could gain the experience, how that works?
