Dow Competition updates

Hi Sharky

A quick suggestion.

Could the dow competion standings update in real time (actually market delayed) or once every 15 mins rather than once a week. We are currently in week 3 of this months comp and if this column was updating it would make the competition much more dynamic and interesting.

Positions would change during the trading day as the Dow moved and this could possibly affect the overall leader position.

The current week column could be a different colour to emphasise that this is the current week and the positions are changing as the index moves.

I think it might add a bit more excitement to the competition.

Yes, I know i'm a sad (whatever you want here) if this is all I have to worry about.

I see what you mean, and it's a good suggstion- I'd certainly like to make it a more interactive competition and there's plenty of scope to do that. My favourite being a swing trading, spreadbetting index game.

I've added it to my "To-Do list" no.32! But it should be fairly easy to update, so I'll schedule it in this weekend - as I have an extremely busy week ahead!
