Had a major system crash today. Slowly getting it back together. Can't get the display properties to remain at the correct colours and resolution. Each time I set it up it asks for a system restart (before it would let me change things without a restart - I have got it set up for this facility on windows) Each time I restart I end up back with 16 colours and resolution 640*480. Any ideas?

I removed the display driver and reinstalled it. Colours and resolution back to normal, but when I look at this page on T2W it is huge and I have to scroll in all directions in order to read it???

presumably if you change the res, you can only have 256 colors ?
but that would give you a better looking screen ?

perhaps you reinstalled the wrong one ?
