I tried opening a CyberTrader account a few months ago and was told that it was not available to UK residents. I was wondering if this had now changed.

On January 2, 2004, the CBOT will be lowering their execution and clearing price on the Mini Dow contract, and Interactive Brokers will lower their commission on this futures contract accordingly from $2.40 to $2.06.

And a 1 point spread to boot.

That is amazingly low on the com front - are there any monthly fees as well ?
