Desperate help with IB!!

I really need some help here. I have recently opened an account with IB but cannot trade half the companies I want to because it cant find the symbols.

Could someone with IB see if it is possible to trade FIB (fibernet) or MMD on LSE.

I have emailed IB 3 times and have not got a response.

I really would appreciate some help,

Try using the on line chat at IB's home page. It'll be quicker than the e mail. They take about 3 days to reply. If at all.

the charting software you are using should have a bit of help on that as well.

Have you subscribed to the LSE on the IB site ? if not you wont be able to trade.
