Symbols problems with IB

I have just opened and funded an account with IB to trade UK stocks.

IB cant seem to find a lot of symbols I enter, for example, fibernet (FIB), redstone (red) etc. Does anyone know if these work for them on IB or is it a case of I just cant trade these?

Ive bought and sold them with comdirect with no problem and I've searched for the symbols on the help section of IB, but that couldnt find them either!?!

I would be grateful for some help.

So it's epic + s for stock and LSE for exchange.

I havent subscribed to LSE yet because I wanted to make sure I could trade my stocks first.

I have tried other symbols and they work, such as SBRY or THUS, but others didnt.

Could someone with IB please see if you could find FIB (fibernet). If you can then it shows that I'm doing something wrong.
