DepthTrade: Why can he solicit client funds WITHOUT trackrecord / Registration ?

Just answer the questions Depth Trade, and I really want to hear from T2W as well on this.

I find your replies to traderfunding - the person who came to T2W to allocate hedge fund capital, not to be abused by somebody without a track record, let alone an audited one - incredibly rude and offensive, just like all of your other replies in that thread as well, and now you've started annoying me with equally rude and offensive PM's, that behaviour is simply totally unacceptable, and, not enough with your incredibly negativity and bad behaviour, but, and thats the main point here, your soliciting of clients funds on T2W cannot be legal, and accordingly that should NOT be tolerated here !

These are only somewhere between average and good, and others are probably making much more by the sounds of it. I've even subtracted 6% off, so that they are true excess returns.

Unfortunatley, it uses overnight risk and index options, so TraderFunding probably wouldn't care.

All one has to do is read what you have posted about me to understand who is being abused here.

The only one libel here is you, how dare you make unfounded accusation of the only proven trader on this forum.

I spent over 30 minutes talking to TF via telephone, not you. I am very much within parameteres to get mad at him for not having a more hands on aproach to finding a trader. TF doesn't know enough about this market to make decisions about a potential trader.
I do know enough about the market to reprimand someone who is standing carelessly on the edge of a cliff.
