I am considering using an H4 bias change reversal pattern for equity entries. See example below for BAY. I only have 3 months H4 data, so I can't backtest very far - so this will have to be an ongoing experiment. H4 bias remains short for BAY - lets see how this plays out.

Unless I miscounted the reversals (see arrows on chart) - the H4 trend direction stayed in force for quite a few days in each instance.

Of course there will always be false signals whatever entry confirmation method you use, but I hope this approach will be more reliable than Rivallands entry method.

a HH of 950 followed by a retracement HL of 888 could be something to look out for.

FTSE 100 still H4 long Bias, with potential short H4 bias triggered on the breach of 5248 ish. Its a bit of a sideways market recently though.
