CIEC Due Diligence Find

CIEC has been dormant for years as essentially a shell stock. Shell stocks can become new companies when someone buys the shell / merges their company into the existing company. One of if not the very first step if you are 'dormant' is getting up to date with the State. CIEC was "reinstated" and shared a new annual list of corporate members today 4/25. This is a hint that CIEC is possibly in the middle of being taken over/reverse merged into an existing company. Here is the Nevada Secretary of State website with proof:
