Books for beginners

Please can someone recommend a good book to start with on the basics of spreadbetting. Something that is not too complicated, but will allow me to develop my knowledge and understanding in a orderly manner.

Try "The Beginner's Guide to Financial Spread Betting" by Michelle Baltazar and also "The Financial Spread Bettinng Handbook" by Malcolm Pryor. Both are published by Harriman House. Hm. It isn't really a training course as such. It gives you an idea how to use their system at its basic level, though.

Play about with Tradindex's £20k play money account. You'll see how easy it is to lose £20k.

I've just finished reading Malcolm Pryor's book, as recommended by Tenapenny - I would also recommend it, it's well worth a read.
