Hi everyone,
We recently raised serious questions about a reported 6.75 BTC dispute involving BiggerZ Casino specifically, why withdrawals were stopped after the player followed BiggerZ's own withdrawal instructions, why the remaining balance was withheld, and why the account was subsequently closed.
Instead of publicly addressing those questions or providing evidence supporting its position, BiggerZ Casino has now blocked us.
But blocking us doesn't answer the questions.
According to the player, KYC was completed, gambling and withdrawals were permitted, and BiggerZ instructed the player to submit withdrawals of approximately 0.15 BTC under its $10,000 daily withdrawal limit. The player followed those instructions and made multiple withdrawals before the withdrawals eventually stopped, leaving approximately 6.75 BTC still disputed.
The case was also taken to Casino Guru and remains unresolved.

Evidence and screenshots:
We're not asking anyone to blindly believe either side. Review the available evidence and ask BiggerZ for answers.
If BiggerZ believes the player is not entitled to the remaining 6.75 BTC, then the casino should explain:
• What specific rule or term applies?
• Why were withdrawals initially permitted?
• Why was the player instructed to submit approximately 0.15 BTC withdrawals?
• Why were those withdrawals subsequently stopped?
• Why was the account closed?
• What evidence supports withholding the remaining balance?
A social-media block doesn't resolve a disputed 6.75 BTC balance.
If you've had a similar experience with BiggerZ casino, share your experience and, where possible, supporting documentation. The goal should be transparency and accountability, especially when a substantial player balance is involved.
BiggerZ Casino, the questions remain.
For other players: do your own research, review the available information carefully, and consider the risks before keeping a substantial balance with the operator.
