BBC Iplayer not working

I come back after a couple of weeks, and my BBC Iplayer doesnt work anymore.

I can get the Desktop download page, but there is a void where the "Install" button should be.
Although I can browse the programs for streaming, I am also getting a black void where the "Play" button should be, as well as, I suspect, a program image.

Help! Whats changed in 6 weeks? Thanks

Weird!
Iplayer doesnt work on Opera or Firefox.
But just tried it on Google Chrome, and it seems fine.
Must be some obscure setting.

you need the flash update

I just played something on it and it worked fine.

a Flash update followed by a reboot did the trick.
all back to what passes for normal.
