I have been trying to get a refund since Oct 2006 after trying the software. I have called the main office and sent numerous emails. There has been NO attempt to refund even though the website says "100% Money Back Guarantee"
Are you a time traveller ? I think I see your problem and that is you are trying to get a refund several months before the event of you buying it has happened in our current time line as it is now March 2006 and October is another 7 months away
