Are there any services like etoro that track successful traders and allow you to copy their trades in spread betting accounts as opposed to traditional trading accounts?

I've seached and searched and all seems dead ends..

Not that I am aware of. Could be that Financial Spread Betting offer such a wide variety of instruments to trade.

GNU Trade have something similar, although they have a limited number of instruments available to trade.
