hello this is my first thread , and unfortunately its not a good news one .
got talked into parting with a lot of money a few months ago by the above .
advanced trading systems, so called based in london.
then last week they just totally disappeared , no contact either by phone or e mail .
its been a week now and nothing , there must be others out there in the uk that have been ripped off by this company , i feel ive been conned into this as looking at the company through companies house , they were being wound up as they hadnt submitted the tax payment by may so companies house gave them 2 months to sort it out or be closed .
i hope i can find anyone else who is in the same situation where maybe we can do something or even stop these scammers from doing it again , because the way i see it atm is theyll probably lie low for a few weeks then start it up again

i did my dealing through x-o and talking to them earlier today they have had quite a few people asking whats happened to ats , so im deffo not on my own here. do you really think the police would be interested .ive spoken to companies house , trading standards and citizens advice , and there doesnt seem a lot i can do

The police have a special unit that deals with this type of fraud.
Yes, you absolutely should report this.

Good evening folks, it would appear I have fallen prey to these guys also. Very poor results from their trading system and now disappeared completely!! I don't know what is the best course of action now?? Any advice gratefully received.

I'm gutted to put it mildly. All seemed fine at the start of the year but now a real mess. What I'd give to meet a certain Scott Evans. My people are now looking him up. I'm making a few more enquiries as to best cause of action but don't hold out a lot of hope.

is he the fella that you were doing the dealing with ,fella that was talking to me was mark, and at the start a fella called charlie total waste of time cost me money in my first trade as he buggered something up , ive got names , and a few people are doing a bit of investigating for me as im so far away from london

Charlie and Mark were the helpdesk support guys as far as I gather. Scott Evans (South African) was the main sales man and a big shot trader apparently. London is big but not that big

well the stocks they advised me to buy adding up to 2k which was my starting figure all was sold apart from 2 i still have at a loss , i started to question mark on how on earth was i going to reach the figures they were quoting .all he kept saying was itll be ok it will pick up blamed brexit for the looss all the time ,

I joined at the start of April so the damage must have already been done. A few leads are coming up on the ATS people... looking forward to asking them a few questions.

Where do you suppose these characters are? Just sitting about waiting for your call !

If you have any sense, you and the other victims will gather up all known information and fill out the forms so that the action fraud team can get on with their job.

Of course you all feel miffed and who wouldn't, but there are only certain courses of action open to you, and paying them a visit isn't one of them.

its only been a week , and atm its just the two of us , so early days in regards info gathered and what can be done . obviously as well the scumbags could be here looking at what we are trying to do . so unlike them we have to be causious in our actions,albeit limited .

Conned!

Folks, add me to the list.. been with these cons since June.. only made money in this period when I went with my own judgement rather than their recommendations! overall, stand at a major loss as we speak.. and these guys disappeared from the face of earth last week.. email ID, phone, nothing works! Too embarrassed to even confess to anyone publicly that I have been conned like this!

Same names.. Scott Evans .. the guy who pushed me into buying this piece of junk that doesnt even work.. Charlie and Mark - the support guys who made me buy stocks which are bleeding money like anything..

At least I am not alone...

Any idea if we can do something and if we can get our money back in anyway?

Also guys, I see most of you with X-O and I assume Stockmarketdata.net.. I hope there is no risk there?

Hi, add me to the list - luckily my stocks are doing ok - apart from one which this Charlie Rose told me to buy and not even use ATS system.

Other name I would give is a senior analyst called William Beck.

Annoying thing is I scoured the net checking if ATS was a scam before hand and it was getting great ratings etc.
