Personally I wouldnt do it.
Dow to finish near 16400, just above or just below will give an indication of sentiment.
I say below.

I may be a bit thick, but I dont understand this chart. It just looks like a bunch of lines drawn at random! Is it some kind of pattern or retrace?

isn't monday the last day of the quarter, or is there some odd financial calendar that I don't know about?
