if we can make higher high on daily, can be constructive that severe downside momentum is abating

nyse margin debt is at record high, this means should the market have a real decline there will be huge forced sellers which will find no buyers. those with margin debt must be very confident in there bullish case

march sp500 is bullish above 1741.5

Personally, I think the US is starting to look reasonable value.
